Our vision is to provide a guiding light on your wellness journey towards mobility, strength and mind-body connection.
Our teaching originate from the core principles of Pilates; adding in understanding of anatomy and movement patterns, as well as adaptation & creative usage of props and equipments.

There are many far-reaching benefits to practicing Pilates and incorporating it into your fitness and movement routines. Pilates practice can improve posture, body awareness, core strength (not just abs! but core strength to stabilize your spine!), mobility, injury rehabilitation and building functional strength. It is also a great way to kickstart your fitness and movement routines as it can be a gentle introduction to movement and building mind body awareness and connection.
Our spine is also a vital part of our health and vitality - you are only as as young as your spine! In Pilates, we work on our core strength to stabilize and mobilize our spine, as well as train muscular endurance in different planes of movement. You will feel the difference to your overall well-being if you put in the work and give Pilates a try.

Classes we offer

1-1 Private classes ensures you get a personalized session & full attention from the teacher. Sessions are tailored to your specific needs and goals.
Recommended for anyone with injuries, body conditions that needs attention on form/modifications of exercises; if you are beginning of your fitness/Pilates journey or are someone who thrives better in a 1-1 setting.You will work with the full range of Pilates equipment in our studio.
(Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Mat & Props) -
Bring a partner, friend, accountability buddy!
2 clients to 1 teacher - Sessions are semi customized to both your needs/goals. Have fun & work hard together!
You and your duo partner need to have similar fitness levels and goals for your Pilates journey. If you have a recent injury, please reach out to our team to see if we can cater for your recovery within duo sessions.
You will work with some Pilates equipment in our studio.
(Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector, Mat & Props) -
Small group class settings - get a good session in, with our teachers still able to keep a good watch of your form, give tips on making it better. This class will be working with Mat & Props. Props include Pilates Circle, Resistance Bands, Stability Balls, Weights etc to challenge you and/or make the exercise more effective - meeting you where your body is.
Suitable for all fitness levels/where you are in your Pilates journey. Not suitable for pre-natal or recent major injuries.We hold Mat & Props Group Classes at our studio as well as at a couple of other locations. Please reach out to enquire if you are interested to join us!

We match you! We would love to bring small groups (max 4pax) of people with similar fitness levels and goals to journey together with Semi Privates Pilates Groups. Workout together, grow alongside and who knows - maybe even walk out of class with a new friend!
Private Trial Class would be needed before attending these classes - we would need a session to evaluate how we can best help you and match you in the right group to maximize your semi privates sessions.You will work with some Pilates equipment in our studio.
