Group Class - 55 mins class
Join us for an invigorating Mat Pilates class! We will focus on good form and emphasize precise, controlled movements to strengthen and stabilize the body. Our teacher at ILUME will guide participants through each movement, ensuring proper technique and form to maximize benefits and prevent injury. To add in some fun, some classes will make use of small props to make the exercises either easier, more targeted or more challenging - depending on what your body needs!
Water, Mats and small props used in class are provided. You may bring your own mat/towel if you prefer.
Suitable for all levels - including beginner if you are new to Pilates and/or Movement.
